Sturdee Energy is proposing the construction of a photovoltaic (PV) solar energy facility within the Waterberg Local Municipality and the Capricorn District Municipality.

 

The proposed development is located on the Farm Viviers No. 291, located approximately 21km north east of the town of Alldays in the Limpopo Province. The Solar PV facility will comprise several PV arrays of PV panels and associated infrastructure and will have a contracted capacity of up to 500MW. The proposed Viviers Solar Park will cover an area of approximately a 1000 hectares.
